Capturing the moments that define us.

Explore, create and share.

the creative

Creative writing was my first love.

Using words to describe the range of feelings and emotions that is the human experience. Eventually the still image and motion became my medium of choice to express and capture people, places, and all the interesting things we encounter along our respective journey.  While commissioned for portraiture, encapsulating a special event or marketing a great product or service, I'm fortunate enough to practice the beautiful craft of photography and cinematography each and every day.

I love what I do so much and hopefully, it shows.

The one constant between the persons in front of my lens is laughter, fun, and great memories.

A great photographer and cinematographer can also become a great friend.

Dream Chaser

Mesha Toor

The soul of a visual artist. The motivations of a singer. The resilience of an actor. These are themes I wanted to explore. This film is part of a larger series focused on capturing creatives of the moment as they reach for their dreams, overcome adversity and grow in their personal pursuit of success. The film was inspired by the poem 'Dream Chaser' by Erin Hanson. -- Mesha Toor is an International Actress, Fashion Model and a top Modelling Coach. Born and raised in Vancouver, BC Mesha started off her career in Fashion Design before pursuing a career in Film and Television. "Dream Chaser" premiered at the International Film Festival of South Asia - Toronto > IFFSA Toronto May, 19th 2017.

sadie campbell music /

Chilling. Soulful. Raw. A few words that come to mind when I listen to this song. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to capture this inspirational ballad. I really wanted to capture the emotion and amazing live performance that Sadie delivers. Firstly, I wanted to understand where it all came from. I asked Sadie what the inspiration was behind this fantastic song. Here's what she had to say: "This is a super vulnerable song for me. At the time I wrote it I was getting a lot of 'what are you doing with your life' and 'maybe it's time to let music go' comments from people. I think it came out of a place of frustration actually - it's not always easy to explain to people that sometimes you can't chose what your heart wants, sometimes it chooses you."

This was one of our absolute favourite weddings to capture! Love, basketball, crazy string...we saw just about everything. All things considered, the overwhelming memory that will stay with us - the smiles.
